The Only Way
A co-worker sent this quote to my wife:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!"
Is there any other way to go?

Fair enough- but the author might steer clear of words like "should".
My guess is that the author is lacking in self-awareness;however each to their own!
I guess that means I can eat all the cheesecake I want, eh? :)
Nice blog, by the way.
buffalo sent me. he has a way of finding interesting people so when he says, "check it," i check it.
i will be back to read more but i can see he is most likely right again.
once i had a brain but turned into a whiny dumbass. trying to stop that and find my brain again.
see you again
I like it! Let's slide into homeplate together, whatcha say?
It makes a cute quote but is quite impractical. Since we don't know the time of our demise, it's difficult to time our excessive enjoyment of life so as to wear out at the appointed time. It is a cute image though. Reminds me of Erma Bombeck.
